Kary Kublin, Ph.D., CCC-SLP

Research Scientist

Kary joined KLab in the spring of 2022 as a clinician for the Autism Biomarkers Consortium for Clinical Trials (ABC-CT). Her work with autistic children and their families began at Florida State University with Amy Wetherby where she was instrumental in data collection for the development of the Communication and Symbolic Behavior Scales (CSBS) and establishment of the FIRST WORDS Project. A Fulbright award took Kary to New Zealand where she researched narrative language and literacy development for her dissertation. She spent many years in school and community settings supporting neurodiverse students and collaborating with teachers. Kary is a licensed speech-language pathologist and welcomes her return to the research setting and working with infants, toddlers, and their families for the CUB Study.
